Global Claims Management 

Many commercial companies today prefer to out-source their claims handling process to a professional organization, and thereby reducing fixed overhead and in-service training costs - while at the same time receiving a higher level of professional work. 

We offer our staff, using our tools, in our service center or on your premises to conduct and manage all incoming claims. 

Claims that arouse no suspicion are directed to your claim manager for quick refund (fast track) accompanied by a written investigation report. Suspected fraudulent claims ("High Risk Claims") are forwarded to our secondary analytical service for further focused analysis and claim rejection or dismissal, if warranted.    

 

Deep Investigation and claims dismissal

When a claim is deemed “suspected” (or High Risk), either by your investigators or ours, we move to the "Deep Investigation" phase.

Our investigators will use our "SEC3" technique to gather information from the claimant, offering him many "exit-doors" (escape hatches) to drop the claim in a "No-Harm-Done” fashion.

In most of the cases, the claimants understand we know that the claim is fraudulent and will drop the claim. In other cases, you will receive full documentation enabling your legal department to proceed.
