Employees Stress Management Care  

The problem 

Many times, in the stressful environment of the office, employees build up stress that is most likely to emerge when you are not looking and when you are least expecting it. The stress, anger or frustration can be a result of the constant close touch with customers, wrong workflow procedures, a too competitive environment, or simply by the nature of the work.

Customer Relation and service agents tend to suffer the most. Being in close contact with your clients provides them with different views than yours (as a manager) about the working procedures and in most of the cases,  this vital knowledge remains with them. Furthermore, once their stress level is too high, their work becomes impaired, and the hostility they posses is reflected in the quality of their service. Other employees, who suffer the burden of having to perform can simply "crack" and/or develop some real diseases, e.g.,like heart problems, high blood pressure, peptic ulcers and more). As a manager, we feel you need to know how your employees feel, and furthermore, what they are not saying. 

The Cure

Our Industrial psychologist, in a routine check-up call to each of your employees, monitors their anxiety and general stress levels and on specific issues, assists them to overcome the problems they face, and gather the important information that you want to hear.

If any of your employees feels he/she needs to speak with someone to overcome his/hers stress, we are here to listen.  

And what if the stress level does not come down?

Sometimes, it is better to give your employee a free day off, than to lose him/her for good. If we notice any of your employees is going to "crack", we will inform and advise you at once. The site manager determines the initial frequency of the calls, and follow-ups will be adjusted as needed.
