problem Many times, in
the stressful environment of the office, employees build up stress that
is most likely to emerge when you are not looking and when you are
least expecting it. The stress,
anger or frustration can be a result of the constant close touch
with customers, wrong workflow procedures, a too competitive
environment, or simply by the nature of the work. Customer Relation
and service agents tend to suffer the most. Being in close contact
with your clients provides them with different views than yours (as
a manager) about the working procedures and in most of the cases,
this vital knowledge remains with them. Furthermore, once their
stress level is too high, their work becomes impaired, and the
hostility they posses is reflected in the quality of their service. Other
employees, who suffer the burden of having to perform can simply
"crack" and/or develop some real diseases, e.g.,like heart
problems, high blood pressure, peptic ulcers and more). As a manager, we feel you need to know
